How would you define Atos Worldline?
We meet a basic need: technically guaranteeing highly critical transactional exchanges. The daily operation of essential services such as electronic payment or sending e-mails is based on the ability of Atos Worldline to develop and provide software and hardware solutions to ensure their security, routing and appropriate processing.
You are in charge of Atos Worldline marketing and strategy. What are the main characteristics of the markets on which the company operates?
Each feature we offer is combined with a result, and this is our great strength. We make the same commitment to performance as our customers. For example, we guarantee that we can continually ensure the payment function of a e-commerce website, regardless of the number of transactions. By committing with us, retailers can be confident that the measures implemented by Atos Worldline will develop over time to support their business. They will never be blocked by a limited platform. Since we are paid according to the volume of transactions processed for the services of our customers, we share the same objective: make their business progress.
Does remuneration per volume mean that entry costs are reduced?
Yes, this is part of the difference proposed by Atos Worldline. Our work is based on a partnership logic with a reduced cost of access to our services in exchange for long-term support and a fee based on the number of transactions carried out, such as the number of e-mailboxes hosted. We offer a win-win logic to our customers, who highly appreciate our way of working together.
