Health expertise in France with Atos Worldline

 
The core activity of SANTEOS (French version), a subsidiary of Atos Worldline, is to assist health professionals in France by deploying information systems to organise more effective health care. This strategy involves SANTEOS in all the major national and regional Health Information Systems projects: ePharmacy; the French Personal Medical Record, healthcare networks; the Oncology Communicating service; Hospital Information System and secure email service; Education and therapeutic support. With annual growth of over 40%, SANTEOS is backed up by the recognised expertise of Atos Worldline in the secure processing and hosting of sensitive data, and collaborates actively with the wider Atos Group in projects such as Choose and Book service for the UK Government enabling patients to book hospital appointments electronically at the time of referral; or the new German electronic health card for the leading German health Insurance Company.

Supporting the implementation of the ePharmacy Service in France

SANTEOS was selected to design, implement, host, deploy and then extend the ePharmacy servicein France on behalf of the Conseil National de l’Ordre des Pharmaciens (CNOP). The system will help to improve patient care and provide more secure and efficient processing of prescriptions.
Available 24/7, the technology platform is highly secure to protect the confidentiality of patients’ personal health data. It uses latest encryption technologies, identity authentication and signature using the Health Professional’s smartcard.
